S-3 supersoftener is one of special chemical additives for concrete, made by method of chemical synthesis. Supersoftener  S-3 favourably differs in it from other additives which in the majority are production wastes and have the mass of side effects
The most effective scopes of Supersoftener of S-3:
production of ferroconcrete, concrete products and designs:
plates, panels of overlappings,

, construction of monolithic structures, production of concrete floors and coverings, and also by production of paving slabs and small architectural forms.
S-3 supersoftener in number of 0,35-0,70% of the mass of cement allows to receive high-mobile concrete mixes that simplifies their laying and consolidation. Also intermediate options are possible: higher, than usually of concrete mix at her smaller water requirement with the expressed durability gain, or decrease in a consumption of cement in mobile or inactive concrete mixes when ensuring the demanded concrete durability.

Dissolution in water to 15-39% of concentration and then addition of the prepared solution in a mixer after introduction of bulk of water.
Суперпластификатор С-3 является одной из специальных отечественных химических добавок для бетонов, производимая методом химического синтеза. Этим Суперпластификатор С-3 выгодно отличается от прочих добавок, которые в большинстве своем являются отходами производства и имеют массу побочных эффектов.
Наиболее эффективные области применения Суперпластификатора С-3:
производство железобетонных, бетонных изделий и конструкций:
плит, панелей перекрытий, массивных густоармированных конструкций, возведение монолитных строений, изготовления бетонных полов и покрытий, а также при производстве тротуарной плитки и малых архитектурных форм.
Суперпластификатор С-3 в количестве 0,35-0,70% от массы цемента позволяет получать высокоподвижные, удобоукладываемые бетонные смеси, что упрощает их укладку и уплотнение. Возможны и промежуточные варианты: более высокая, чем обычно, удобоукладываемость бетонной смеси при ее меньшей водопотребности с выраженным приростом прочности, или снижение расхода цемента в подвижных или малоподвижных бетонных смесях при обеспечении требуемой прочности бетона.

Способы применения:
Смешивание с цементом и песком при приготовлении сухих растворных смесей
Растворение в воде до 15-39% концентрации и затем добавление приготовленного раствора в бетоносмеситель после введения основной массы воды затворения.
Применение Суперпластификатора С-3 дает возможность:
Экономить цемент до 20 %, при этом использовать бетонные смеси подвижности П3, П4, П5, что значительно снижает трудоемкость бетонных работ на строительной площадке.
Использовать инертные материалы. – Песок намывной М кр. 1.33-1.48. Щебень карбонатных пород марки «400», фракции 5-20 мм.
