    LARGE REPLACEMENT SANDBLASTER NOZZLE ASSEMBLY:
Included is a large premium quality ceramic nozzle, nozzle holder and a 3/4" stainless steel NPT ball valve for long-lasting life. Replace your existing nozzle holder with this system utilizing large 3-3/4" nozzles!
    OUTLASTS SMALL NOZZLES SEVERAL TIMES:
INDUSTRIAL GRADE system can be used for larger pressure pot sandblasting systems or to convert smaller garage style pot systems such as Clarke and Harbor Freight.
    ALUMINUM OXIDE CERAMIC TIP:
Our secret to longer blasting times is through the use of the included alumina oxide tip which measures 3-3/4" (95.3mm) long which provides more material to wear through. Our premium grade tips are higher-density, that outlast several times longer than other Chinese imitations.
    HIGH QUALITY, HIGH PERFORMANCE:
All ceramic nozzles are not equal -- Kennametal nozzles feature premium grade material. Don't waste your money on inferior products which end up costing you more money. We offer replacement C1 tips also when the time comes to need another.
    KENNAMETAL QUALITY & USA Assembled
: These sandblaster nozzles are professionally assembled by SandblasterINFO and ceramic tip included is manufactured by one of the highest respected USA companies providing unsurpassed wear resistance in abrasion.
    Forget Brass Ball Valves!
Unlike other systems utilizing soft, brass ball valves, ours uses full stainless steel construction for longer life.
Large Heavy Duty Sandblasting Nozzle with Tip, Ball Valve & Nozzle Holder
Rest at ease knowing that you will not have to change your nozzle system as often, which in turn saves you money in the long run. Our high quality nozzle configuration is assembled with larger parts for higher volume abrasive blasting.
However, if you have a smaller garage style pressure pot sandblaster, you can also take advantage of the long lasting effects of the large, long length ceramic nozzle tip. Simply select a smaller Inner Diameter (ID) to reduce the volume of abrasive coming out. This is a great solution for converting your Harbor Freight, Clarke or other garage sized blaster into a better system with this long-lasting nozzle.
C1 Series Ceramic Nozzles Provide Great Wear-Resistance!
Included is a premium USA-MADE ceramic sandblaster nozzles that last longer than others.
C1 Series Nozzle Tips Measure 3.75 inches long. Large end measures 1.125" in outer diameter tapered to .63" in outer diameter at tip end.
Select Inner Diameter Bore from Smallest to Largest:
    3/32" ID (2.4 mm)
    1/8" ID (3.2 mm)
    5/32" ID (4 mm)
    3/16" ID (4.8 mm)
    1/4" ID (6.4 mm)
    5/16" ID (7.9 mm)
    3/8" ID (9.5 mm)
Note: Pictures only show the one ID bore but we offer all seven sizes.
    Reduce Nozzle Replacement Costs
Kennametal's nozzle replacements may cost more initially, but provide much longer service life. The per-hour cost with Kennametal nozzles can be a fraction of the cost of cheaper nozzles. Long-term, these nozzles will actually save you money, while requiring you to stop less often in the middle on projects and ordering replacements.
Longer nozzle life enables you to experience greater dimensional accuracy, faster abrasive cleaning speeds, and less downtime for replacement -- increasing the productivity of your applications.
Kennametal is known as "The Wear Parts Experts". There mission is to offer outstanding performance and value in everything they do. As a global leader in complex metallurgy and material science, their resources allow them to solve your most complex wear and performance problems. Advanced materials, innovative design, and an uncompromising adherence to rigorous quality-control procedures have made Kennametal the industry benchmark for cost-effective performance.
Overall Size of Abrasive Blasting Assembly
The whole assembly measures roughly 7.75" long. Uses 3/4" NPT ball valve which can be converted for use on all size pressurized blasters with the use of a reducer which can be found at local hardware stores. Most Harbor Freight systems use a 3/8" NPT so a reducer 3/4" NPT to 3/8" NPT may be needed. Please contact us if you need a reducer.
