The letter is sent as registered mail with tracking number.
At the moment, the delivery time for letters from Kazakhstan around the world is approximately 15 to 60 days. If your letter has not arrived at this time, then I file a complaint with the postal service to search for a letter along the route. If the postal service reports that the letter was lost, then I will refund the money to the buyer.

Payment
-For international buyer (out Spain): We will accept PAYPAL payment only.
-For Spanish buyer: We will accept bank transfer and PAYPAL payment only.
